When you upload a photograph of your palm, that photograph is sent to two AI services — Anthropic for the written reading, OpenAI for the illustrated chart — solely to produce your reading. We do not retain the original photograph beyond a short delivery window (currently seven days), after which it is deleted from our cache.
The generated reading and chart are stored for thirty days so you can return to them via the link. After that, they are deleted.
If you provide your email, we use it to send you the reading and to occasionally tell you about new readings (face, aura, past-life). You can reply asking to be removed at any time.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your photograph to train AI models. We are a small operation.
